Dives & Donuts Mermaid Fundraiser
August 4th | 7:00 AM-7 PM
Stop by Duck Donuts in Woodbury, MN to meet a LIVE MERMAID!!
After meeting her, make sure you get a photo and tag the shop and WAVE on social media to earn a FREE DONUT!
10% of the proceeds are going to our scuba outreach program, which we are building to provide kids with access to marine science from anywhere in the world!
Ocean-themed donuts will be available for purchase all week in a 6-pack and will include a 10% bounce-back in revenue for the nonprofit as well.
This event is FREE to attend and does NOT need a reservation, so stop by to say Hi and learn about our mission!

Scuba & Park Clean Up
September 20th | 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Long Lake Public Beach
Join us as we celebrate Minnesota’s beautiful lakes and parks while giving back to the community this World Clean-Up Day! Whether you’re a certified diver or a supportive friend/family member, there’s a way for everyone to get involved. Divers will head underwater to remove debris from the lake, while non-divers can join in by helping clean up the park and shoreline.
11:00 AM – Arrive & gear set-up
12:00 PM – Official dive kick-off
Park reserved until 3:00 PM (possible second dive if time allows)
What to Bring
Divers: Full dive gear + mesh bags
Everyone: Reusable water bottles, sunscreen, gloves, and a lunch/snack if you get hungry
This is a great chance to connect with fellow divers, friends, and family while making a positive impact on our environment. Together, we can keep Minnesota’s lakes and parks clean, healthy, and thriving!
